We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual client contracts. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may be subject to late fees and/or interest charges as permitted by law.

7. Project Delivery and Revisions

Project timelines and revision policies are specified in individual client contracts. Twenty Five Design strives to deliver all projects on time and to client satisfaction, but cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from our services.
